Established in 2001 in Wuxi, Otter (China) Technology Co., Ltd is a medical device innovator and manufacturer serving the needs of healthcare workers, medical institutions and the general public on a worldwide basis.

Our company is one of the first professional manufactory, which using auto-production line to produce disposable safety syringes. Most of our machines are designed and provided by Japan companies, such as Shi Plastics-Machinery Co., Ltd., Kyoto Seisakusho Co., Ltd., Sino-Japan Company, and Shanghai Meisawa Medical Industry Company.

Our products have acquired patents for the safety syringe in over forty countries worldwide. Moreover, it has been honored with winning a number of international awards, including: A Gold Medal from the 1996 International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva, a Gold Medal from the 1997 International Exhibition "Ideas-Inventions-New Products" in Nurnberg, Germany and the "Golden Brain" Award issued by Taiwan's Economic and Commerce Department in 1997.
